Ziggo suffered less …
Ziggo suffered less obvious damage than Big B. It was the driving that? kept Big B in the competition, and he was using the hazards instead of getting Ziggo off. Being aggressive is pretty much all he /can/ do. Ziggo however delivered damage all on his own… without help from the ” outside” ie the hazards.
Anyone know how …
Anyone know how this fight was scored? From the D/A/S standpoint, I feel like Ziggo takes damage easily and Big B takes aggression. Strategy, I guess it depends how you view it. I thought Big B fought? pretty much the perfect fight against a spinner but was unable to damage Ziggo. Ziggo’s strategy was basically to use Big B’s strategy against him. I really don’t know who I’d give this to.
being aggressive …
being aggressive doesnt mean anything if you? dont get anything out of it. Look at Big B damage, look at ziggo.
Agreed, Big B is …
Agreed, Big B is the winner here.?
but Big B clearly …
but Big B clearly won in terms of aggression and strategy. a spin? bot, by its nature, will never win in the aggression column (or at least shouldn’t) and the best strategy to use against a spinner is to get in its face as much as possible to stop it from spinning up to full capacity, both of which Big B did expertly. idk, the judges cant get them all right, but id think theyd try a little harder on a finals match
Ziggo actually …
Ziggo actually deserved to win because he? did not take any visible damage while Big B did.
At least it was a …
At least it was a close decision.?
Big B got? robbed, …
Big B got? robbed, plain and simple. Ziggo showed no aggression and the damage, while it reduced the effectiveness of Big B’s armor and wedge, was purely cosmetic. Big B should have won -_-
Obviously you don’t …
Obviously you don’t know what a robot is. These machines pretty much fit the? description of a robot exactly.
Big B won on …
Big B won on aggression and hazards, and I’m not even sure if Ziggo won on damage. If you pay close attention to the second half of the fight, Ziggo never regained full speed again.
Also Ziggo DID deal real damage to Big B,? not merely cosmetic damage. Damaging a wedgebot’s wedge reduces the effectiveness of it.
Regardless, I my score would have been 25-20 Big B.
@AwesomeRatedR Yeah …
@AwesomeRatedR Yeah, when it got to the last two seasons? they tended not to show any of the “unpopular” finalists fights and opted for replays only. It really did suck, I believe they did the same thing with the heavyweights, all of Bios fights televised but none of voltronics until the final round.
Big B should have? …
Big B should have? won in my book, and Im a ziggo fan….its strategy was impeccible and while ziggo did do more damage, big b was far more aggresiveand strategic with the hazards.
If you were …
If you were expecting “real steel”, then you should have gone back to the movie theaters. Every combat robot? is radio-controlled, and those that aren’t are painfully boring to watch.
I remember when …
I remember when this episode first aired I was so upset with the decision. Big? B should’ve had this one won.
can you call these …
can you call these robots? remote control metal boxes being smash? together repeatedly
Big B is a Big …
Big B is a Big BORING Robot.
But it should have won! FUCK!? Ziggo did nothing!
ikr?
ikr?
It already did …
It already did something that no other robot has been able? to do against Ziggo – it forced a judge’s decision. That’s a win in my book…
big b shuld of won …
big b shuld of won that? all i got to say
Big B was built by? …
Big B was built by? the team that made Original Sin.
You mean like how …
You mean like how Ziggo is a predecessor of? Megabyte?
3 more? minutes.
3 more? minutes.
yep?
yep?
Same team??
Same team??
Agression 9-6 Big B …
Agression 9-6 Big B
Damage 11-4 Ziggo
Stradegy:? 8-7 Big B
final score: 24-21 Ziggo my guess
