Does anyone have good tutorials on the electronic part of robot building?

Hi, I wish to build a 4 legged robot. I have been searching the web for tutorials and stuff and found that a good knowledge of programming (preferably C) and a basic knowledge of electronics is required. Now, i’m a student programmer so programming is really not an issue but electronics is. I have had some basics in school years ago which is rusty to say the least. So i’m looking for GOOD tutorials on the electronics part of robot building. As with all knowledge, subjects can be wide which I don’t need at the moment. So the tutorials need to be for robotbuilding only just to get me going.

From what i found on the internet, all the robot kits have their motherboard premade. So i’m going to make mine from scratch. When it’s finished it will be linked to an AI which I made.

Also serious tips are welcome.
